delightful the way you cover all the possibilities by structuring LLC, S- Corps, C-corp etc. keep doing more videos touching the tax implications of every set up.

Hi Clint, question for ya. If I set up a Deleware holding company and my real estate is in say Minnesota under a property specific llc as your videos suggest, said property llc has a bank associated with it. So when i go to set up my bank for my holding company, in order to open a bank account, they want a PHYSICAL ADDRESS for this holding company. My question is, does this address need to be in Deleware as well (most banks i have tried will not accept my registered agent address in DE) ? Or can i put down say my primary residence which is in Oregon and still have the same robust protection? I know that i CAN, but is doing so going to defeat the purpose of forming my holding company in DE in the first place?

Ok so I want to 1. Import and sell bedding 2. move to/ live in FL 3. Have anonymity. Ok so would a Single Member managed Wyoming LLC work? World I have to register w/the state of FL or would everything rest w/a Wyoming LLC?

Thanks for all the valuable info. I'm new to your channel, and to the concept of anonymity for business. This may be a silly question, but who DOES it make sense to reveal that I'm the owner of my future LLC to? Do I not tell contractors, vendors, other investors I meet while networking, etc that I'm the owner in order to not pierce the veil, and basically represent my business as an employee/officer only?

Question? I was told as a disabled business owner I would be able to allow my parent to continue to carry me as s dependent and file my business expenses too. Is that true or was that just a answer to get me to agree? Thank you for sharing

I'm curious if you could make a video on best entity for STRs? Preserving the ability to cost seg / depreciate and subsequently immediately use those losses to offset other income even for those who aren't REP status qualified.
