Failure has been a teaching tool for Marjorie Perry, who's breaking barriers while running Newark-based MZM Construction. After early setbacks, Perry decided to always look forward. Now her business is thriving, and she attributes her success to surrounding herself with good people, keeping her word and knowing when to celebrate.
