Hello my beautiful family welcome back, today we have some delicious turkey, perfect for thanksgiving gatherings. Remember you can always adjust any ingredients to your liking. Hope you guys enjoy :)

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR TURKEY IS OUT OF THE REFRIGERATOR FOR ABOUT 1HOUR BEFORE PUTTING INTO OVEN. COOKING TIME VARIES, CALCULATE 12 MINS PER POUND AT 350 F.
INGREDIENTS:
Turkey 12-16 pounds
2 celery stalk
2 carrots
1 white onion
1 Green Bell Pepper (Optional)
BLEND TO MARINATE TURKEY:
8 oz of Orange Juice
8 oz of Pineapple Juice
2 - 3 Chipotle Peppers
small amount of parsley
1 Tbsp of salt (or to taste)
2 1/2 tbsps of achiote paste (or can be substitute with 2 tsps of paprika, 1/2 tbsp of white vinegar, 1/4 tsp of dried oregano, 1 small garlic clove minced, 1/8 tsp of ground cumin)
LIQUID TO INJECT TURKEY:
6oz of Orange Juice
6oz of Pineapple Juice
2 lemons juice (optional)
inject 10 tbsps of Butter (melted at room temperature)
RUB SPREAD:
10 tbsp of butter (room temperature)
3 - 5 tbsp of honey
salt (1/2 tsp per pound) can also be rub underneath skin
pepper (to taste)
