I have 2 off-topic questions...

1- Talents from NPC -normal talents, not the new ones-, lets says "gain 50 attack"... who gets the benefit, the NPC or the player?
2- When a skill says "adds X stun", what that means?

Bond skills have a great wording, they show clearly the beneficiary.
