Piccolo/nail fusion with Kaioken x10 would of been crazy in the frieza saga. He wouldn't beat final form frieza, but he'd rag doll every other form. It would of came in handy in the TOP too, his base is insane, hes just missing forms like the sayians have to be on their level.

Idk why piccolo didn't learn it in Canon, if i were him and I saw it save Goku against Vegeta and i were in the place and with the person he learned it, that would be the first thing Id want to learn. It'd beat training just base in that time since you know where you're going you'll need every ounce of power you can muster. Add that with having potential unlocked frim guru. Since he's probably more durable in general, I bet he could get to higher levels more quickly while on namek.

And the humans, well... they wouldn't become irrelevant by the time they all get back from Namek lol.
