One tip, you don't need to use animation offset to "fix" the crouch rotation system, just put original instead of body orientation and your character will always stay in the right direction without changing the offset, offset can create weird motions over a long period.

I followed this video about 3 times and at the final moment my character does crouch and all, but when I crouchwalk and then press('The uncrouch button) in my case C, the float stays at 1. and my character doesnt want to play the idle animation
