I wake up like this each morning and then able to get out of this position with corrective exercises. Do you think apical breathing patterns at night may be causing this in the morning?

You can't say limited hip mobility CAUSES an arched back. You can have an arched back for many reasons. I had bad hip mobility and had a flat back. My hip mobility is much better now, and now my back posture is much better. Dont take health advice from a YT shorts chiropractor, guys.

I don't get it, how he lacks IR than compansate with his spine so he reduce his ER !! Means he has limitation in both RE and IR ???

I have bad scoliosis and I can't flatten my lumber spine as its goes in so far and because of this I have pinal lumber nerve damage that can't be operated on. As due to a disability I was born with means my bones are older than I am and it makes them weaker. This exercise dangerous unless medically supervised at all times
