Welcome to part of Day 1! Now that you've stretched your body with a 10 minute morning yoga class, you're ready to learn your simple daily challenge for a flexible mind.

Today's challenge is based around the one-word intention: CHOOSE

All I want you to do today is to try a brand new form of movement! Something you've never done before and perhaps intimidates you. You can use YouTube to your advantage here by searching for free classes online. You can try zumba, pilates, kickboxing, dance, barre, yoga nidra, qigong... WHATEVER! Embrace change and try something new and CHOOSE.

I’ve always focused on strength training. However today I decided to try Yoga for the first time. Your video was the first to pop up and I’m certain the universe brought us together.

Thankyou for this new challenge, Cassandra. It was your 30 day yoga challenge during the first covid lockdown was the thing that catapulted me onto my journey. Three years later… I’ve been in India for 7 months taking this practise deeper and deeper. I want to thank you SO much for being a warm-hearted catalyst for so many of us who are discovering yoga for the first time, and finding a new way to appreciate life. This short video gave me such joy, to recognise that yoga can (and should!) be fun… and that it’s a lifestyle of cultivating personal growth, not just an exercise routine. God bless you, my dear. You are an inspiration and a true light for so many!

Thank you so much for this challenge! I chose to swim in the pool at my gym! At first I was nervous and uncomfortable about my body, and it took a lot of coaxing to actually do this. But I pushed through the discomfort and I'm SO HAPPY that I did. I had a lovely time and this is definitely something I'll do in the future. (Also, I woke up so sore the next day, the good kind of sore that means your muscles did something they're not used to :)

Hmmm, I'm going to try breathwork today. The breath is a way to move ENERGY in the body, so I consider it a form of movement (and you can incorporate bodily movements with it as well). Plus when we breathe we move bones, muscle tissue, fascia and skin, not to mention regular breathwork can strengthen & tone the core/abs and benefits the mind, releases anxiety, helps with digestion etc, etc.... I'm not brand new to it but this video has challenged me to give it another try and maybe stick with it this time. Thank you Kassandra 🌺💖😘

Yay!!! I went to the comments to get an idea of what to try. I saw a barre workout suggestion. I googled 10 min barre workout and really had fun. I was able to laugh at myself and keep up with the class!! Great challenge, I feel totally awake and excited!

Thank you so much for this 30 day challenge! This was a wonderful start as I return to Yoga! I will be 60 this year and choosing to return to the water to swim and surf . . . making time for activities that nurture my Heart, Mind and Soul. Wishing all an amazing day and weekend.

My movement challenge was attending a cycling class, I signed up for it after doing this practice and it literally started 30 mins after 😭 I'm proud of myself for diving in, even though I hesitated and almost cancelled, and grateful for this reminder to be bold and step outside of my comfort zone 🫶🏽✨

I chose to do some Qigong today and it was really nice! Doing the yoga video and the Qigong has helped introduce movement into my day as gently as possible which I need because I recently left the hospital. I enjoyed it and I may do some again tomorrow after my yoga practice.

This is my 3rd 30-day challenge with Kassandra. Very impressed with how it is different than the first one I did shortly after the Covid Pandemic started (If I remember correctly, evening yoga flows), and different than the one I completed 2 days ago (morning flows), as we hold the positions a little longer for nice, gentle stretches without needing props and without as much of a strenuous challenge.

I was intrigued by the 2nd daily video with a yoga challenge.
Yesterday, I did it by finidng a very short video to help burn bell fat, "Pilates Flat Sotmach in 14 Days, Lilly Sabri". I quite liked it and only had som struggle with the very last exercise.

Thank you for this challenge. Getting back into yoga after a long time away. My goal to get back into surfing shape after winter. I turn 65 this summer so it gets harder every year. This was a great start

I broke my leg three months ago and had to skip many yoga classes. My doctor allowed me to start weight bearing recently and today I chose to join the 30 day challenge even though I still can't do some poses. But it feels so great to do yoga again, thank you, Kassandra!

Ahh, this was great! Because of this challenge I finally forced myself to go lift in an actual gym! Loved it, got a year membership and can't wait to see what tomorrow's challenge is going to be!
