The Borneo side of Malaysia is considered to be the "lesser-travelled-to" side of the country. But, is it really and undiscovered area?
We visit Semporna - a gateway to some of the best diving and snorkeling in the world - to explore as many of the surrounding islands as possible. Join us as we go on two separate 3-island tours to figure out how untouched Semporna really is.
First tour: Semporna SeaMonkey Adventure (Timba Timba + Pom Pom + Mataking Day Trip)
We LOVED this tour! 10/10 would recommend. We just stopped by their office in the tourist center to inquire about pricing.
Second tour: Sunbear Travel and Tours (Bohey Dulang + Mantabuan + Sibuan)
During a less busy time in the season, this tour would probably be much better. We booked it online using Viator.
Hotel: Semporna Seaview Hotel
We loved this hotel. Our room was on the smaller side, but it was very clean and comfortable. And, the AC was very, very good.
