I wish I had seen this before buying a Princeton 10x10. The wood was crap, not cut properly, splitting and then just like you said I had to purchase all those extras. Glad you are tipping people off!

I built a 4X8 shed including the roof and floor for $150.00 dollars. The only materials that came out of pocket were the studs and screws the rest of the materials I got free from Craiglist.

I bought the kit. I thought it came with everything needed but as I read more it listed what additional material is needed and what's not included. I seen people saying the bought the shed for 600$ others $900 I must've missed that deal because mine was more. I did have fun putting it together but You can buy the materials yourself instead of tge kit and make it cheaper. I bought the 10x10 anyway. It did come with a roof, I already had nails and screws left over from a previous shed job, so all I purchased was caulk, plywood, drip edge, paint, shingles, and felt. Didn't The come with the floor but did have the base. The wood in my kit was pretty descent and the kit was primed. I

I knew about having to make the floor. But figured the roof came with the kit. Go figure!

Funny that I am currently looking around for a shed. You have to look at the description where it says *Does not include shingles, foundation, etc, etc. Small but its there.

Well this video didn't age well. Buying the raw materials cost more than the kit now. If you read the description you already know it doesn't come with floor and roofing materials.

You apparently bought the wrong kit. My came built on site, with everything. I did add a window and two vents, but I knew that was a customization I would do afterwards.

Was thinking of buying the model TB-700 10x 16 which is $5736 @ Home Depot but if they’re ripping me off then I’ll just build it myself🙂wonder if it’s cheaper to head to a lumber yard 🤔

Yeah I didn't have to buy the roof just the floor. Well I had to buy the shingles and such but yeah I didn't realize all this until I started installing. Was kinda pissed.
