What is the basic difference between this and other curry powders you have made?
Is this generally useful or are you moving toward making a different powder for every dish?

Kia Ora Steve. I grow my own curry leaves. How many would you say to use, (number of leaves or sprigs), and can I presume to add them at the "roasting" stage?

steve when your ingredients are on your plate are the measures with measuring spoons or just buy the eye with a regular teaspoon. cheers for the recipe

I've done your madras powder and use it in most of my b.i.r curries for the mix powder it is really good would like to try this one I have dry curry leaves as well as curry leaf powder which would you recommend and what quantities should I use

You say Authentic Sri Lankan Curry Powder and use dried Kashmiri chilli that's not available in Sri Lanka, I know cos I live here! hardly AUTHENTIC
