9:00h: what makes you think they did not use hardware wallet! They used a hardware wallet! Multi-sig means multiple hardware wallets. He just said they did a test transaction first and it went trough fine.
Also he keeps on explaining on the video where you just showed the beginning of it! - he explained that the hack did not change the destination adress -> watch the video!

Bybit is soft locking people out of account. Password does not work then u have to reset password and verify, then wait at least 24 hr to do anything. Same old BS!
