If you don’t do any exercise at all today we at-least want you to try this fun Kukuwa Move! Each week we’ll highlight one Kukuwa African Dance move that you are challenged to do for 60 seconds non-stop. Take a 30-second break and repeat 2x for a total of 3 rounds doing this dance. This will also help you master a lot of the Kukuwa moves we incorporate into our routines.

Beginners: try for 30 seconds
Intermediate: try for 45 seconds
Advanced: try for 60 seconds

Happy Magnificent Marvelous Mountain Moving Motivational Miracle Monday, December 19, 2022. I just want to thank the Lord Jesus Christ for putting our names on the wake-up list this morning. Many people went to sleep 😴 💤 in their beds 🛌 last night but they did not wake up this morning.
I love ❤️ 😍 💖 ❣️ 💕 💘 The Variation Three workout. Thank you so much for showing us how to do each step 🚶‍♀️ and move.
My body is definitely going to be strengthened with this workout and ready for the work day in Jesus' Name Amen!
