You can predict which riders will lose or gain potential. The polygons change way less than the potential, and both Herzog and Isidore didn't have 5* potential polygons, more like 4*. Bower might get to 4.5* with that sprint stat but no one else has any potential really

I had a rider have their potential increase last off season, before that I didn't believe it was possible because it was always decreases before that. It can happen, keep the faith! (It was Adam Rafferty, his older brother races for EF irl)
