Interesting video. I think this is peculiar to Chrysler products. When you turn the steering wheel to the left, the steering angle sensor read zero where it should be. Just a tiny bit out of whack. But on my 2009 Jeep I had aligned and I had to take it back about five times to get the steering wheel straightened out where it was at zero. I didn’t even know what I was really trying to do until I got more advanced in car Repairs . Never to get that sorted out. Then I bought a 2019 ram 1500 and the steering wheel is still in that almost same exact wacky position when I drive on the highway. Just like the jeep. It doesn’t seem to be off-center driving down City Street it’s just at Highway speed for both the Jeep and the Ram. And the ram in your video is exhibiting the same problem. I think this is just peculiarly to Chrysler products.

I have 2013 RAM 1500. I only swapped clock spring for the heated one and got this code after driving for a bit. Steering wheel is straight and drives straight. Off by 15 degrees. What do I do?
