Nothing happens when I verify ownership? It just takes me to a plutonium webpage shows BO2 and if I sync it says make sure your steam profile is public and it is but still doesn’t launch plutonium

Hey, I've tried this but nothing is working so far. Everytime I try to launch the game, it hits me with an error message saying I have a missing ddl file. It's profile_hardware.ddl, everyone else seems to have the torrent working for them except me. I've checked Windows antivirus to see if it blocked anything, nope. Is there anything I could do to fix this? :(
