As expensive as they are, why on earth would you throw one away? Sell it, give it away, pass it on. The good ones can get up in the thousands. I bought my granddaughter one of the cheapest ones on the market, and it was still nearly $100.

You would never throw one in the trash for the amount you’d pay for an authentic, hyper realistic reborn. The best thing to do with a reborn doll after you’re done with it is to either sell it or donate it to a nursing home ❤

Just to clear a few things up for everybody when it comes to reborn you have to be extremely careful with where you purchase from there are many companies that steal artists work and illegally cheaply reproduce the kits that they stole you can never find a reborn for less then around 100 and especially not a silicone. The first picture is Levi but that does look like a cheap kit and not a real Levi. The second one is a real baby not a doll. There's many ways to tell such as the creases like in the arms they are to dark to be a doll and dolls tend to look more stiff and unnaturally posed. Reborn dolls also have cloth bodies where they are cloth in the middle and the head arms and legs attach to it like a regular baby doll because you can see the baby clearly has shoulders and isn't a reborn. There's much more information online about these dolls and scams and ways to stay safe. If anyone is looking for somewhere safe to buy I know many wonderful artists that make affordable babies and I also make them myself ❤️
Please never ever fall for the reborn for cheap. They are scams if you are looking for a reborn at an affordable budget they typically start around 200 for the real ones.

The second one is a scam its a real baby there is nothing wrong with your opinion they are also used for therapy (getting out of bed in the morning)

The first baby doll that you're talking about is a reborn doll. The second picture you can clearly tell it is a real baby.. yes reborn dolls look realistic but they're always covering their cloth body. The second picture that you shared you can clearly see the child has real arms real limbs and a real neck.
