I also use Prometheus, since the early days, mrtg was the way to go (just basic snmp). logs can be configure with remote logging feature for Mikrotik, then a remote syslog collected by logstash/filebeat etc to ELK (Kibana Interface) to view logs.

NetXMS (Just some simple stuf- port is up but it has to be down. Temps, CPU, MEM, HDD, Versions). Elk Stack for logs I made Mikrotik to make.

Do you really think that cloudwatch is a good tool for home use? From my point of view it is too expensive if you record custom metrics or logs

I noticed that your interval is 10m. Given this, does that mean you're only able to see 10 min averages for things interface throughput stats etc...?
