Manual Brew morning ft Salawara Estate Robusta ✨

Robusta usually is looked down when it comes to brewing it manually usually as it lacks the flavour delivery to that of Arabica coffee but sometimes to get the necessary caffeine fix we do brewing robusta in manual brewing and it does wonders . This particular coffee is from salawara estate roasted by my friend Naman and managed to pull a great tasting coffee . Basic in its flavour profile but absent of any unpleasant flavours usually robusta might yield . Overall a great experience.
