Three steps to follow:
1) No eating without hunger
2) lower craving sweet stuff by eating it only after a solid food, never in an empty stomach. And it’s also from the practice of prophet (SA).
3) don't eat carbohydrate in the morning but protein and healthy fat like unsweetened butter, ghee etc.
Follow these three tips and voila!! You are half way there.

Say Ayat Al Kursi 3 times after Fajr and three times after Maghreb - and you're protected from magic, bad eye and jinn. Be patient for it to work (when it comes to healing previous damage) do it consistently and after a while you'll really notice the difference; it really helps with OCD and Intrusive thoughts.

Fasting is a good training to this kind of problems, it has a tons of health benefit, both for body, mind, and spiritual sense. you could try to do monday-thursday fasting, middle month fasting, and if you already advanced, you could do prophet Daud A.S fasting, alternate day fasting. Happy Fasting!

This is so weird. I was just saying today i need help. I really need help cause i cant fight this fight anymore. I was thinking about surgery or injections. Then this video popped up. Allah uses people as vessels to give a message. This is amazing.

Miqdam bin Madikarib said: “I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: ‘A human being fills no worse vessel than his stomach. It is sufficient for a human being to eat a few mouthfuls to keep his spine straight. But if he must (fill it), then one third of food, one third for drink and one third for air.’”

The greatest wisdom is always to be found in the Qur'an. In surah Naas we are told, as you stated Dravon, that Shaitan is sneaky and gradual . The ayah in the surah states that Shaitan whispers in the chest or in other words, works on the subconscious.

Wow. I’ve never heard anyone ever talking about gluttony and getting fat in regards to Jinn. It all makes sense. Sins is what’s causing us to become fat. (Sin of eating haram meat, etc etc). Much thanks

In Islamic tradition, Beelzebub is not directly mentioned as a specific jinn or entity that causes weight gain. The name “Beelzebub” comes from Judeo-Christian texts and refers to a high-ranking demon or false god, often associated with idolatry and corruption. The Quran and Hadith literature do not reference Beelzebub by name.
However, in Islamic beliefs, jinn are spiritual beings with free will, and some are considered malevolent. These harmful jinn, or shayateen (devils), may try to mislead or harm humans in various ways, but there is no specific association in Islamic texts linking jinn to causing obesity or physical ailments.
Weight gain in Islam is usually viewed as a result of natural causes such as diet, lifestyle, and health, rather than supernatural influences. While Islam acknowledges the existence of unseen beings like jinn, it emphasizes human responsibility for choices and actions.

Please note that we cannot call jinn deities... they are not "gods" they are God's creation, not deities...

We all make mistakes but remember that Allah doesn't want you to air them out to anyone. Allah loves those who veil themselves as he veils you. Your mistakes and sins are between you and Allah. Please don't talk about your sins, even if its in a way to let people know how Islam led you away from your sins.

Knowing the names of Jinn is not a bad thing, especially if youre Muslim. The occult is deeply ingrained in western society and the signs are everywhere.

Shukran ahki, always a pleasure. It's crazy EVERY VIDEO you've made in the recent month has been DIRECT RESPONSES to things I have prayed about or things I am struggling with. Allah is truly using you as his servant, the greatest honor a muslim can pray for. Alhamdulillah, allahuma berrick ahki.

I was sick with envy I felt that praying was tiring, so I stopped it. When I read the Quran, I felt like sleeping and sad always in a bad mood all day long, and I didn’t want to do anything. So I went to a reader to read the Quran for me for several days, and my condition improved for the better, praise be to Allah. I feel inner peace. I became committed to reading the Quran and being consistent in the morning and evening Azkhar and praying as well.
