May is Mental Health Awareness month. I heard an incredibly insightful song by Chloe Adams about depression and anxiety titled "The Doctor Said." I wanted to cover it and share it with everyone!

Major Depressive Disorder affects nearly 7% of Americans while anxiety disorders affect 18% of the population.

These mental illnesses are very real, and the best answer is not always, "These pills will help you remember how to smile..." just because "The Doctor Said."
