1. Is newly build and has white paint on its walls and beautiful tiles work on the floor, toilet, bathroom, kitchen and walls.

2. It has 3 room on our floor and we have access to them all.

3. Its has an surprisingly affordable rent.

4. It has the newest, most clean, white and beautiful toilet anyone has ever witnessed

5. It is very near to where our grandmother lives.

6. It has a beautiful balcony.

7. Very friendly and kind neighbours.

8. On a very good location, very easy access to market and other shops.

9. It is lucky for us and we get rich after stepping into the house.
