The 80s were full of some of THE GREATEST love songs ever written and recorded!

This song was an anthem to guys even though it’s a romantic song because it was in the Karate Kid movie, 80’s power ballad

Peter Cetera is and always will be the voice of the group Chicago... His vocals are unmatched even today in my opinion... This was from the movie "Karate Kid 2"... There are trailers of the movie that contain this song within it and it makes for an awesome listening and watching experience... I'm going to keep looking on your channel and I'm curious to see what you're going to do next... I like this rabbit hole you guys are going down... I'm 67 years old and I'm happy to see that the songs that I listened to as a young man are enjoyed by you young people of this generation... Chicago is one of my top 5 groups of all time that I enjoy listening to... My favorite group of any genre Is ABBA... Great reaction guys... Can't wait to see the next one that you're going to react to... Keep Being Awesome !!!...

Because of how this song was placed in "Karate Kid II, " (that there was a castle in the background during it) my friends and I (during the early 2000's) created the phrase, "Wow, Peter Cetera. Your lyrics are wicked accurate." This is used to dismiss someone who isn't helping the situation or stating the obvious.

Chicago is a great, long-surviving band that had many different lead singers & different band members. Peter Cetera was one of my favorite lead singers of this group. I beleive this song may have one a Grammy award & I believe David Foster (mulit-Grammy award song writer & producer) is one of the composers for this song. Memorable love song!

Have to agree …in the 80s we had a lot of iconic voices Peter Cetera, Steve Perry, Michael Jackson, The BeeGees…..

When tasha pointed to her chest and asked did you feel it, i understand that feeling. When i hear a song i grew up with, the nostalgia hits you there, you get like a whoosh feeling deep in your chest.

“Just like a knight in shining armour, from a long time ago, just in time I will save the day, take you to my castle far away.” ❤️‍🔥💪🏼🏰

For me, it was Steve Perry, Phil Collins and Peter as the best male rock/pop singers of the 80s. Peter's voice just SLICES right through you. A tone unlike anyone else then or since.

An all-time love song. I mean, ain't it?
Just sounds good. And powerful.
And you gotta love the "change-up" outro.
Again -' the most likable couple on YouTube RVC channels.

Peter Cetera was to Chicago what Michael McDonald was to the Doobie Brothers

This song was in Karate Kid 2. Amazing song! Can’t believe I was so blessed to hear this song and so many others like it on my car stereo everyday. Man…I’m so glad I was a teenager in the 80s. Blessed!!! And btw…Journey is still my favorite band since 1981.
