In today’s tutorial, I’ll show you how to make a bling phone case step-by-step! With some rhinestones and adhesive, you can transform a plain phone case into a beautiful sparkly one. This is a quick and easy project (much faster than making a rhinestone tumbler) and a great introduction to rhinestoning for beginners.
