In today's video I will be unboxing? (more like unwrapping) my two blind dates with a book! I found a section for them at a bookstore and absolutely had to get at least one. I am a huge fan of surprises so these blind dates with a book sections in bookstores are my absolute favourites!

I'm pretty sure I would still be this excited even if I unwrapped a book that I already own. It's just so much fun because you may potentially accidentally find a new favourite!

Have you ever gotten a blind date with a book? Let me know!

Time stamps:

What a great way to clear some classic titles. Good on the book store.

Speaking of books adapted into movies, you should consider reviewing books, then reviewing the movie either adapted from or inspired by the book.

One title that comes to mind is the 2007 film "Atonement, " a period piece set in World War II if I'm not mistaken, starring James McAvoy, Keira Knightley and Saoirse Ronan. Adapted from the book of the same name written in 2001 by Ian McEwan, I think the movie might be worth your time, though I never read the book so I can't comment on it.

You could also read "Moby-Dick, " the 19th century classic from Herman Melville and compare it to the classic Stephen Spielberg film "Jaws, " though that film can be a little intense at times.

That opening scene in Jaws, of the woman screaming on the buoy probably gave a lot of people nightmares. Never go for a midnight swim!!! 😳
