I pulled off something like this a while back, summoning Ravenous Tarantula with over 20000 ATK Points. People really need to remember the drawback of Ghost Sister is that if you don't gain Life Points that turn, your Life Points are halved. Course, in this video, it was already too late, since he already activated Ultimate Fusion and all, but that's beside the point!

I actually had something of an opposite situation happen. I was playing Millennium, and the opponent Spooky Dogwood'd me. I then proceeded to summon four times anyways after this. The monsters?
Millennium Shield
Fusion Parasite
Millennium Eyes-Restrict
The Unstoppable Exodia Incarnate
Now, those of you who enjoy the Millennium and Eyes-Restrict archetypes may have noticed a pattern here; all these monsters have 0 attack. Spooky never got to grant them any LP, and then at the end my my turn they got knocked down to 4k LP. Turns out they were also playing Millennium and only opened Millennium Golem (for Millennium cards), meaning they no longer had enough LP to search out anything that could fetch them Ankh.
