•Decrease stress hormones such as cortisol
•Decrease proteins involved in inflammation
•Improve cardiovascular health
•Increase antioxidant activity
•Increase relaxation for the mind and body
•Increase Natural killer cell activity

🌲A 2022 study on University students showed positive mood and vigor was improved significantly and negative moods such as tension, anxiety, depression, anger, hostility and fatigue were reduced after inhaling fir essential oil. PMID: 35564457
🌲 In another study with female university students it was found that inhaling hinoki essential oil increases parasympathetic nervous activity and induces physiological relaxation. PMID 26694076
