If you love coconut rice, buy blue dragon creamed coconut and put 15g into your cooked portion of rice out the lid back on the sauce pan and let it melt in! It is amazing!!! I put sultanas in with my rice when it's cooking too, it is AMAZING

If you put your avocados next to your bananas, it will help ripen them! I don’t know the science behind it, but it works! :)

Hey girl 🤍 Love your video!! :) About how to make the avocado ripe, just put it in a bowl with bananas or in a paper bag with a banana and the avo will get ripe in a few days :))) That's how I do it every time, it works perfectly!

Hey! I remember you saying in a video ages ago you’ve been trying vegan protein powder to reduce your whey intake. I also have been. Have you tried innermost vegan protein? I’ve been trying it and it’s the only vegan protein I’ve ever tried that actually tastes good in smoothies and porridge and doesn’t have that earthy taste! It’s taken me over a year to find one that actually tastes good and doesn’t make me want to throw up. Highly recommend! (The vanilla is my favourite).
