Good video Brian and just a little off-topic mate that line of support you have at the end of each video I am just curious as to what it means so could you do a short video on the benefits of having that support?

Tried the second method for my last Windows 10 security update. It let me, took ages, then asked me to reboot. When it rebooted, it looked like it was installing an update. When I then checked, the update was back! What am I doing wrong?

Great and highly formative video, the picture is crisp clear and the narration is simple and easy to follow The instruction works perfectly for removing desired latest update however, Windows 10 keep reinstalling the update back again. Is there is a way to permanently stop Windows 10 from re-installing updates the user do not want?

Thanks for you time and channel. As soon as I see a new win update in my notifications. I pause it for about 2 to 3 weeks, otherwise it will go thru the process on off hours. I'm running an older Win7 with upgrade to win10. Computer believe it or not is still fast. 10gigs of ram helps. My problem is 9 out of 10 updates hang at 100%. Then I have to go thru the process of turning on and off my computer until it decides either to fix it, or uninstall the last update. I think the last fix it did was remove any corrupt files and rebooted putting the latest updates in. GO FIGURE! So I did a SFC scannow and came up with no errors. Also says "no need to do chkdsk command" Well I'll see what happens the next win10 update.

used Britec advice on W Home to allow Quality updates only and IsConvergedStackEnabled appeared in the Registry window where the new entries were applied.
