Old laptop. Works fine. All depends on what and what time frame you trade.

I use a good quality laptop (Dell XPS). While at home, I connect to two full HD screens via a docking station (thunderbolt connection). When I need to, I take my laptop into work which works well because it has all my regular software on it and the battery lasts all day. I use Sharescope pro for charting, plus level 2 and Stockopedia to create watch lists from fundamentals. I only swing trade and this setup works well for me, happy trading :-)

We use one laptop two 27" monitors one monitor for several charts the laptop for trading triggering positions the other monitor we use as our main chart we have a wall mount 50" inch that's pretty much for news hooked up to Alexa for different financial alerts. We don't need more than that

A 12" notebook and a 5" Android ; both with MT4.
Wi-Fi and back up modem would be enough.
Notebook could be split to 12 tile windows...

If you only talking about hardware your video title said it all. If you are talking about what needs to run on said computer well this video fell short

I don’t even day trade and I could have came up with a better list than that.

For example what you should have said in addition to the obvious is

Good Charting software. (Ex ESignal) You did mention that

Good Broker( Ex. Speedtrader )-to execute the trade

Good Stock Scanner (Ex Trade-Ideas)- to be able to find the stocks to trade

Good News provider (Ex Benzinga) -to find the catalyst for the stock move

just one computer, one mouse, one screen. one trade. focus on this trade until the end. until the win or loss.
iterate on it. try it again and again.
never overtrade.
if you only open one trade at time and wait until it ends will never overtrade.
open the trade, wait, wait wait, maybe it won't be finished today, probably won't. the best trades don't finish in 24 hours.
its easy but people don't have patience.

you still need a mouse and a computer, you need put several indicators and do your math, a smartphone is not enough.
