What Is Inside The SpaceX Starship

What is inside the SpaceX Starship?

Well, The Starship has a massive amount of space compared to prior spacecraft. The MK1
Starship is 50 meters tall and inside the SpaceX Starship, its roughly nine meters across.
The 2017 Starship design unveiled by Elon Musk only have artists’ renderings of what the inside of
this interplanetary starship would look like, because the design has not been finalized.

But we can compare the interior dimensions to existing aircraft. For example, the amount
of space inside of the Starship pressurized area is greater than what you have inside of an
Airbus A380. The cargo bay / housing areas of the Starship sit on top of six Raptor
engines. The Raptor engines burn methane as fuel. SpaceX chose methane-based fuel
because this could be made from carbon monoxide and other substances easily found on
Mars. All that’s required is a small amount of catalyst from Earth and electrical power.

Good video my friend. One recommendation, please forget the Brit way of naming prototypes (like Mk.1, Mk.2, etc) Starship has its own way to be named. Super Heavy Boosters go by B3, B4, and so for. Starship goes by SN15, SN16, SN20 and so for. Its America Bro, not the British islands. Cheers. 😉☺️🤘

Fun Fact- A single Starship is so big and has so much pressurized space than the entire Lunar Gateway that when Starship will dock with the Gateway, it would look like a small additional side space for Starship!😅

I know I'll never be able to fly in one of these but I would love to at least walk around the inside of one after it's fully built!!

Mk1 is not “M K one”. It’s “Mark One”.
Also there no such thing as cubic square feet. The latter measure floor space. The former measures volume. So which is it?

Only three of the engines should be burning, three are vacuum optimized and three are atmosphere optimized

I would like to thank all of the people willing to go to Mars for their sacrifice.

Nice vid tho I'd recommend adding a picture of an Airbus for scale and maybe change the music up as it's a bit weird

Fun fact: this video do not answer on it's main question "what's inside the starship?" ...

Molten salt nuclear reactors run hit ehougb to get the best efficiency from steam turbines but they are more than cheap enough to extract CO2 from the air to make methane (CH4) or Ammonia (NH3). Currently the latter uses huge amounts of methane to fuel the process.

Reminder that these rockets are fucking huge

I'm 6'1 and I'm not finished growing yet so if I continue growing and get 6'4 or 6'7 could I still be an astronaut with the starship or would I have to design a spaceship to fit someone that size

We all know the spaceship is filled with jelly beans.

That is carbon dioxide not carbon monoxide on Mars.

Good video, the only incorrect information is at the beginning starship has gone through several iterations i can’t remember the exact number but at this point it’s at least 2 or 3

A second James Webb type telescope is potentially being developed. As all the bugs have been worked out it should be able to be constructed for a tony fraction of the first. If NASA produced a series of them it would bring down the average cost to the original price.
But these could be launched much cheaper by Space X than the old Ariane system.

I want to buy an apartment building and put it in orbit. Live the rest of my days flying around the globe 🌎. @ 24, 000 mph.

29 thousand cubic square feet?? Is it cubic(volume) or square?

This was the biggest waste of time. Not only did you not cover what was actually inside, you actually admitted that it is unknown because it is still being planned. Then you proceeded to tell us a shit load of facts unrelated to the interior of the starship.
