Years ago, falling on deaf ears, I linked terrorist attacks in different countries, happening within a day, to the Magnitsky Act passing and/or being heard by the government body, in these countries.

Example: London bridge stabbing (by a middle eastern man with no priors, older, for no apparent reason) by the House of Commons (?), the day of/after Magnitsky Act legislation.

Same with Canada, and many others!

Basically, was it

Similarly, did the Russian Regime strike the train station today, in retaliation... for the broadcasts yesterday?

*A CNN (?) news piece where women and others were being interviewed while on a train, escaping one of these war torn cities, aired yesterday or the day before!  These women spoke of Russians raping, murdering, looting...civilians in their cities. They were witnesses, and the piece was viewed by the global public. Victims also mentioned their Russian heritage, language.... (so for Russian audience, as well)

*Then yesterday on MSNBC, one of Ukraine's cabinet(?) members, commented on how many Russian trains the Ukrainians were using in Ukraine. (and half(?) that number of Ukrainian trains are in Russia.)
