I have the same problem on a 2017 QX70.
Window and door seals are changed but the noise is still there if I drive over 170km/h.
If I close the side mirror while I’m driving the noise is almost gone.

Same problem on mine. I think the door has sagged on the hinges causing it not to seal correctly... If I play with the window a tiny bit the noise goes away

haven't found a fix yet. i think it goes away when I roll my side mirrors in.
