Thank you for your encouraging words, Forrest. Your lessons are helping me work on a wise piece of advice I got from Viktor Frankl, "Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom." Blessings to you and your family!

The simplistic form is what makes this practice so powerful! Thank you so very very much for everything you have gone through through out the years in order to teach us this incredible mystery. Know that your quiver is filled with blessings and your children’s children will call you blessed!

Going on to 9 months since I started deep meditation and I’ve come a long way. I didn’t know little by little I was shrinking the right amygdala 😀 Now I know why I was feeling so blissed out, almost like a psychedelic experience. Between October to February, I was seeing people as blobs of consciousness walking around and I was feeling extreme unconditional love for everyone. I told my friends that I was in an intoxicated drunken state LOL! I didn’t know how to describe it 😆I was immersed in Divine love as I was peeling back layers and letting go with full awareness of my reaction and response to everyday life. It’s like I had new vision and clarity. All this was happening when I was feeling expansion in meditation. You describe exactly what I was feeling.
I do feel the denseness/tingling in the middle of my head, front to back. One time I felt like my head open at the top (like a robot or alien ship LOL) and then pure bliss.
My spiritual journey started in 2012, it took all those years to bring me here at this point as layers of conditioning are peeling away. A work/transformation in progress...slowly, consistently. 👣
That quote at the end of the video 👍I did wanted to change the world until i became aware that I’m the one who needed to change and what I was searching for is within myself 🌿
Thank You, forever grateful🙏

I was getting fearful while watching this you would not invite us to learn it, and where to learn it, but I see you have a whole channel on it. I will do that now and hopefully will reduce the fear! Thanks!

I began doing Om japa for longer periods since last week and it really helped me with my personal karma. Apart from that, it gives me so much bliss. Om japa is a very potent technique.

We were so proud of ourselves to actually view this just 4 hours after it was released, haha. Still catching up on the many missed due to much farmwork and internet!. We now have Forrest join us for lunch and dinner...and it's working out beautifully! You bring such joy to our lives!

“Data scientists are involved with gathering data, massaging it into a tractable form, making it tell its story, and presenting that story to others.” Mike Loukides. The massive amount of research you have done on numerous subjects, and then developed into actionable steps, work. I feel as though I am living proof. Following the programs, guidance and knowledge you offer, we can develop the skills needed to reach our desired meditation goals.

Oh I luv ya Forest you have just made my day really! You have been my saviour sooo many times now!! I only said to you about the breathing the other day (tranquil breath) ok still not been able to let my self go it’s like ahhhh just on the edge clinging on with my nails so to speak!! But since doing the 108 (06) ohm chant I was on cloud nine about it! And then the last 2 days I’ve felt a bit lost and I’ve beat my self up about it then yesterday I woke up and said to my self I’m going to have a GOOD day and it did help but not as good as that day in question so now I no all I have to do is the ohm chant daily (that correct yes)! And stupid really should have known from how good I felt it was the obvious answer and should have took it on board myself (for what ever reason I didn’t)! But you have saved the day yet again Forest so thank you so very much AGAIN sir, , your my spirit guide (in physical form)
Nuff love an respect FOREST excellent content yet again

BTW: It was Alexander the Great, who "Cut the Gordian Knot", therefore becoming the predicted conqueror of Asia. It was in 333 BC, on his march through Anatolia, when he reached Gordium, the capital of Phrygia (Turkey). I love your videos.

Thank you Forrest, another great video! Do you think Om Japa is the most important element in doing Kriya yoga?
