There are many videos out there about raising & lowering headlights on the Dodge Rams. Do you know how to do lateral adjustments? My lights appear to be shooting slight right, and I want to bring them back to center, but cannot figure it out! Thanks for any input you might have!

Well I found another hidden adjustment right below were it's right below where the 7 mm is that you get access to through the top hole there's a Phillips screw that runs through the bottom through the middle of that adjustment if you screw that in-and-out it raises the inside of it up-and-down It's a Philip's head screw

My Laramie has both adjusting screws thru the holes. Found out today while changing bulbs that someone had changed the bulbs before. They screwed up the lower screws and snapped the mount holes and took out the bracket bolts instead of pulling the tab. So, had to rig a bit to steady the light but the beams on the Silverstar are sort of cross eyed. Too lazy and dark so gonna buy a 7mm tomorrow and see how the adjustment goes.

I have a 2009 am 1500 SLT and replaced my stock halogen headlights with the same exact looking projector headlights like yours have. Mine is made by AKKON These only have one adjustment screw at the top and they do not line up with the holes for the standard headlight alignments. Also, my Ram does not have the hidden alignment adjuster that you are showing. So, unless, i remove botyh fenders, i am thinking of drilling new holes as close to over the alignment screws as i can so i can align them that way. My lights aim high and i get lots of brights blasted back at me.

To change the bulb you can just use an extension 10mm to get light out but if curious like me and start moving that washer around, now I gotta take grille off since my lights will be off.😂

Not on my 2009 guys. There is only a bolt.

this is NOT the way it's done. certainly not done easier. Use a long extension on your rachet and 7mm socket and go thru from the top of the fender --- you even showed us that hole with the arrow... but for some reason you went around it and removed your grill.

they are easier way, there are two holes on both side fenders one up one down lol.
