I think he needs to work on holding the drill bit square to the door/frame etc.

Can you have a key hole on both sides of the door ? would that work ?

Covered the essentials, but the execution is a tribute to sloppy workmanship!

-Shouldn't you turn the key clockwise to lock the door? (rack bolt fitted upside down?)
-drill bit didn't appear to enter edge of door at 90 degrees! (1 min 58 seconds in).
-not very tidy rebating in to door!
Otherwise adequate!

Whats wrong with a normal screwdriver? also you dont need eye protection for a job like this.
