Lawdy, I drive more than 40 minutes to work every day. If I were posh enough to have a summer home, would definitely want it to be farther away than 40 minutes. 😄 It probably took her more time and effort to complain than to just get in the car and go get her stuff.

And there is no reason whatsoever for a business to change someone's address to ship something to that customer's other home. No one is sitting around switching customer info. There's no benefit in it and it takes too much work. Get some perspective.

You can almost always tell when someone hasn’t worked customer service or retail jobs when they claim wild stories about customers are fake like I WISH the weird things people did were just in my imagination 😂

When you sell online you really do get to see how weird some people are.
I was once accused of changing someone's email address to their work email address?! - How would I even know their work email in the first place!
I've had the "you've changed my delivery address" one too. My reply is always: no, the address is exactly how you typed it in. I don't change anything.

I just have to say I’m using soap in my bathroom right now that I made back at 14 years old, learning from/following your channel (yes, I’ve saved bars all these years!) Now I’m a full grown adult about to plan a soap making class at my kid’s homeschool co-op. It’s absolutely crazy that I’ve been following you for so long and seeing how much your business and family has grown is awesome.

I work retail. People are something else. I fully believe that these stories are real. example: I get customers regularly complain that we can't do major renovation on a building we don't own to get a drive thru (we just rent a small space inside the building). Then we get told we (the employees who have no control over that) have terrible customer service for not doing 'such an easy thing'. XD

I absolutely believe it 😂 I’ve seen some crazy customers online and in person. The ones in person especially doing events get really weird sometimes.

Okay but my gyno did this to me. They'd gotten my old address off my mothers paperwork and sent my bill there. I got a call a year later they were threatening to send me to bill collection and I was so confused because I'd never gotten a bill. Then they told me the address they had on file and I was livid. We'd moved two years prior to my first appointment. I still have no idea how they could've made a mistake like that without violating Hippa or something. Anyways, I hope miss Karen finds her soap well at her summer home lol! Love ya Katie! 💕
