I love how everyone talks about books. People just say like “Oh I like to read.” And they leave it at that. Book tube let’s people share what they like to read. And form connections through that. And people always look down on me because I like “teenager books” but look at all these other people who love them as-well. So it just makes me feel less alone in my reading tastes.

Off-topic but as an astrology lover I would LOVE to see you do book recommendations based on sun or moon signs or maybe something else related to astrology. Also, ninety percent of my favorite books of all time that have changed my life I bought solely based on your recommendations and I’m a huge fan of your videos. I love how eloquently you express your opinions and watching your videos almost feels like chatting with a friend

Before I even watch this video, I wanted to say that I just got into booktube a month or so ago and completely fell in love. Your videos and others were not only entertaining to watch, but they helped rekindle my love for reading. I haven't always been a dedicated reader, but when I do find a book/series I like, I get super into it. Through booktube, I have both regained the motivation to read and now have a HUGE running list of books to read that i never even would've picked up myself. My whole experience of booktube so far have been absolutely amazing, and this community is also fantastic ❤️ so excited to continue my journey here!

I love booktube because my whole life I’ve never really been good at anything or had a hobby I was super interested in. I was always “kind of” into a bunch of things but never whole-heartedly into any one thing. So when I finally started realizing my love for reading, I went on YouTube and found out other people had the same enthusiasm I did about it. I feel like it’s given me an identity and helped me discover who I am, as cheesy as that is to say. No matter what mood I’m in, I can always count on reading and/or coming on here to watch your videos to cheer me up. Thanks for being such a big light in my life ❤️

The biggest thing I love about book tube is watching the people I have watched for years grow. When you showed your original video, I realized that I've actually been here from the start. I remember that backdrop, and I remember your old bibliothon video challenges. And I love watching how much you, and many other creators, have grown over the years.

i just started my booktube channel in june and, though i've been horribly inconsistent because of lack of time, i really, really love it. part of my joining was a response to graduating from college, where i studied literature, and no longer having a place to talk about the books i was reading. for the six months, that was really all i used it for (i mostly limited to wrap-ups), but more recently, i've had so many ideas for videos i want to do, and it's become more exciting than ever. it truly is an incredible outlet for creativity!!!!

I love Booktube and the book community in general because we all get to share why we like books and open each other up to new perspectives. We all get to talk about books and share new experiences. It’s one of the reasons why I want to start a Booktube channel of my own when I get my own confidence. I love seeing people’s creative ideas!

I can say for me, I have only really recently looked into Booktube and thought about making my own channel. I hesitate on my own channel because I have videos on my channel already that aren't book related and I have so many other interests that I want to share that I feel won't let me fully into the BookTube community but I will start to really make videos that I like and not care about that because of creators like you who inspire me!

Hi Emma ! I really loved the video 💓 I could just listen to you talking for hours ! My fav thing about discovering booktube is that I had almost stopped reading for two years, even though it used to be my absolute passion, and when I started watching booktubers talking about all of those amazing books, I started reading again and I haven’t stopped since. And I’m just so happy I started reading again because it is my absolute favorite thing to do 💕
