Despite the title, there's no such thing as the best HUD or Settings. Really, it's all preference. Find a sensitivity you feel you can control well, aim well with and that you feel is fast enough. Use a HUD you think suits you and a hud that finds fine for you that uses how many fingers you find comfortable.
