International Harvester McCormick Farmall B built in 1941 and fully restored and working. Great little tractor to see and have, enjoy. The front end is really A wide front and few other parts had to used via other years to fix her up but she looks and runs great now.

This is the type tractor I learned to drive on. Mowed many an acre on it! We had the belly mower, but I don't remember it having the wide spread front tires. I would LOVE to have another in honor of my Dad!!! (And to maintain my 5 acres! ;) ) Thanks for the Memory Tour!

Enjoyed the video. My father restored an F-14 Farmall of 1937 vintage. He was seventeen when his father bought it new. Dad has since passed away, It was his baby. He got all the decals for it, new paint job, and he was a great pro mechanic, etc. He did have trouble finding tires for it, though. He had a cultivator mounted on it and it did some work for him in retirement, but mainly he used it in parades and also used the sickle mower attachement. My cousin has it now in Kansas.

Very Nice! Our Farmalls are pretty much only used for pulling the wagon for hayrides and showing off. They are still very useful for working if you can find the implements for them.

I just bought a Farmall A today at an auction. There was only one guy bidding against me so I picked up for $950. and its in good shape. I am a perfectionist so I plan to restore it to top condition. That makes 23 tractors in the family including some other old red beasts being the C, H, and super M. Yep, we love red. M first tractor I remember driving was the BN.

Cool tractor, I have a B with a single fat tire up front.  I hope to get it transport to my place soon as it is stored at my inlaws.

Love the A front end conversion. Very unique little B.

Good looking tractor!  I've seen a few of these done this way at shows and the owners had taken the next step of adding a complete seat and foot rest to the other side so as to be able to carry a passenger.  They look really different done that way, in a good way.

This is a great tractor. I am looking at one for sale right now. I'm looking for a tractor to use to pull a hayride trailer.

I thought the B model have the narrow front axel or could you get either one as well.

We really had no issues, the only tough part is finding a good front end and blocking up the front of the tractor while you put it

Question. I read that the letter series farmalls are supposed to be a brighter red, a lot like this one. Is this true? Because every farmall I see is darker red.

When I was growing up I used to hate the Farmalls. The farmers always had an old one for pulling trailers but would also usually have a newer Ford, MF, or John Deere that were faster and more fun to drive.

Riding a Farmall A is pretty cool too for it is also an older offset seating tractor=)
