Court documents identified Ripple actively suppressed the price of XRP. My recollection is David Shwartz eventually advised the company they engaged to “let XRP breath”. How about we stop the crap?

People believe that Ripple can affect the price of XRP, BECAUSE THEY HOLD 30 TO 40% OF THE SUPPLY, (I understand that majority of this is in an escrow account blah blah blah), to gas light everyone and act like this is some sort of absurd assumption based on nothing, is ASSinine. Ripple would have a significant effect on the price by simply stopping the "supply distribution" process. It's a mathematical fact, not arguable. It's not about the total circulating supply, it's about the supply available for purchase from exchanges at a given moment that dictates the price. If Ripple dumps 200 million XRP onto the market every month, while exchanges collectively at a given moment only hold a total of 300 million XRP, this effectively nearly doubles the available amount in circulation. It's all relative to the available XRP for purchase, not the total "circulating supply", as a majority portion of that is held in private wallets.
