Everyone should try this challenge... atleast try on sundays 24 hrs no phone enjoy karo family ke sath, cooking karo, Bhagwan ka naam lo, mandir jao, baatein karo gharwalo se, kuch to read karo and make sure u keep urself busy uske liye planning pehli hi karke rakho ahout stuff u wanna do next day...first try it with no phone once a month then when u are fine with it tgen do 24 hrs bo electronic gadget challenge( no tv, no laptop, no mobile) i do it atleat once in a month u feel a different vibe and energy all together
Aur haan bhaiyon 5 hrs ke aspas hi rakhna chahiye digital webbling pe limit thats necessary
