David, I have a lot of respect for you and your work but am disappointed to see you promoting the MBPT, which is at best an unreliable, ultra-broad brushstrokes trait indicator, and otherwise no more respectable than astrology. It's been debunked by serious psychologists for decades and hasn't been shown to have any real worth in predicting how people act and react in real-world situations. I'd be very concerned by anyone proposing the test in a professional context in 2024.
