Cookie Dough Balls
Ingredients:
1 stick melted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heat treated flour
2/3 cup chocolate chips
1 cup melting chocolate
Chocolate sprinkles
Directions:
1. In bowl add melted butter, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla extract
2. Mix until combined
3. Next add heat treated flour. To make heat treated flour add flour into a microwave safe bowl. Then microwave it until it reaches 160.
4. Mix until dough forms
5. Next add chocolate chip and mix
6. Then have a lined cookie sheet
7. Next scoop out the cookie dough and roll it into balls.
8. Place them on the cookie sheet and put the cookie dough balls in the fridge for 30 minutes
9. Next melt the melting chocolate
10. After the cookie dough balls are in the fridge for 30 minutes, take them out and get a station ready to dip them in the chocolate
11. Then dip each cookie dough ball in chocolate and shake off the excess
12. Next sprinkle chocolate sprinkles on top
13. Lastly let the chocolate set for 30 minutes
