The heater/neighborly thing one really annoyed me. Even if they did it for free the neighborly thing to do would be to feed them(good sandwiches/pizza/etc) and give them drinks/beer for doing it. So either way you're paying somehow even if being "neighborly". Just like when you get help from friends to help you move. This woman I don't think really gets what neighborly means though.
