Who cares? Rich parents paying for admission for their kids? What else is new? Where's the backlash against the university for actually taking that money and thus actually being the ones denying another potential student the opportunity.

I remember when this story broke. I was in my hs graduating class of '19, and a lot of us were bummed about not getting in to the colleges of our choice after busting our butts to get good grades. Imagine how pissed we are when we heard about this shit.

I saw an episode of American greed on this. It’s sad people with loads of money think they can get away with harmful behavior like this. This hurt someone else’s chance who is probably more deserving to get into this school (not trying to say the girl in the video shouldn’t have access to an education but there are better methods than buying your way in).
