I thought Hunter was a really interesting and natural addition to the larger Dalmation lore. I imagine even after all those years, the De Vil family name was still somewhat disgraced after Cruella's actions, so she needed someone less familiar to the public---but still related---who would help finish what she started. Thankfully though, Hunter discovered Cruella's true evil intentions and decided to made things right for the pups. Also, on a side note, I really like when Hunter grew his hair out. Really cool character.

I'm still upset the series didn't end with the Dalmatians adopting Hunter as their pet. I know the Dalmatians are pretty anti-human but I miss the human-pet interactions the original had and I think having a reformed De Vil as a part of their family would've been a great addition.
