I bought a huge box of used Lego on Facebook marketplace last weekend. The pieces have all been cleaned and I’ve been sorting for days. Came here for inspiration to get me through this.

I am just starting the long process of sorting my Lego collection, which includes my older brother's and my twin's lego pieces, probably 150 + lbs of unsorted pieces sitting in giant bins. Great video, gave me motivation to keep sorting!

I just moved from sorted kinda like this, to using big shallow bins again with mixed pieces. Have a four smaller bins for separating regular classic bricks and plates from the rest also.

Issue for me was getting tired of sorting everything into countless bins every time I took a set apart.

Any tips for managing sorting after taking apart sets/Mocs? Just seems too time consuming IMO.
