Thank you for all the information you are presenting. I have the KRAS mutation, (metasticized colon cancer)determined by genetic testing shortly after diagnosis. Treatment, to a small extent, has been taylored to this, but as time goes on I'm hoping they will be able to zero in more specifically.

What about tp53? I had both that one and a KRAS mutation.

Thanks. I have KRAS G12D (serous uterine) so this was great. Been through chemo x 2 and now getting Lenvima/Keytruda. Seems to be working for now. Wondering if Ivermectin works with this mutation.

I hope it works, though the genetic approach to cancer treatment has not lived up to its promise to date.
