Crazy...I walked this model in Traditions back in Aug 21'. If I remember, they only had 2 lots back then #24 and #36. At that time, we could have built that exact model for around $1.8-2Mil....It's crazy how much prices have risen since then! It's a really nice layout. My favorite was that amazing ready room with Master closet access! haha....Oh and the upstairs/media game room!

Just shows how House prices have went off the charts absolutely not worth 2.5 it’s a beautiful home reminds me of my mothers home but she sure didn’t pay 2.5.
